I was reviewing the PIN services and I was hoping I could get clarification on the timing allowed to bill. According to the wording from CMS MLN, it indicates 60 minutes per calendar month - does this mean it has to be 60 minutes atleast per month or can this include under 60 minutes? (i.e. if time spent is only 45 minutes, can I bill G0023?)
