We are an independent Laboratory that rely upon the ordering providers for proper documentation for testing. We have been running into challenges where a service is requiring prior auth, but ordering providers are reluctant to assist. Is anyone else running into this problem? If so, what suggestions are out there for assistance to get the providers to take ownership for the PA process?
