A free standing private (non MD) practice which includes speech pathology, PT, OT, and rehab has entered into a discussion with me regarding coding support ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS, HIPAA compliance program and training, documentation improvement, and random chart and billing audits. I anticipate approximately 20 hours initially to write compliance program plus another 5 hours for training the staff, and 10 hours for an initial random audit. I would serve as the compliance officer and after initial set up charge a monthly retainer for ongoing support. I'm looking for some pricing guidance.
