I am relatively new to ER coding and have not done ortho coding before. If a patient has a buckle fracture of distal ulna + displaced fracture of the distal radius do you use the combo ICD-9 code or do you code these separately?

Torus fracture ulna 813.46
Distal radius fracture 813.42
Fracture of distal radius and ulna 813.44
Torus fracture of radius and ulna 813.47

I have been coding these separately, but would like some clarification.
