Hi everyone. I am really new to GI and I am not receiving any training (what fun!!) so i was hoping someone can help me understand this procedure.

Upper GI endoscopy with biopsies being taken.. I understand this part. But then they do a pH probe placement for the pH testing. Do I use only a 43239 for the upper GI itself because the probe placement is included in the code for the testing itself or do I use another code? I dont know if 43241 applies cause it's a probe. ahh I dont know.

your help is very much appreciated! Thank you!
