Wiki Proc codes 63047,63048 and 63042

Surgeon did 3 levels of decompression, one is a new decompression, another is a revision decompression and the third is an additional level- I billed 63047,63048 and 63042 but insurance is denying 63047 as included- should I use 59 modifier on 63042? I am new to ortho and would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.:)
 
Yes, you would need to use a 59 modifier and if still denies, appeal with the OR showing done at different levels.
