Wiki Procedure 19103 without image guidance?

Hi,
My physician did a Vacuum assisted biopsy, procedure 19103, He did NOT use image guidance. Do I still code 19103 and reduce it with modifier 52?

I would just code 19103 and not code the image guidance codes.
Because under 19103 it says for imaging guidance performed in conjunction w/ 19102, 19103 see 76942, 77012, 77021, 77031, 77032.
