I work with an Endocrinologist and he is renting equipment from the hosptial but is performing the procedure in office. When billing should I attach modifier 26 or can it be billed as is 93922.

Since he is paying for the use of the equipment AND interpreting the results you would use neither the -26 nor the -TC modifier. Bill it as is, with no modifier. Make sure your place of service is 11 on the claim.
