I need some help with abdominal washout 49000, and wound vac change 97605-51 and abdominal closure. I think the 2 procedures would be 49000, and 97605-51 only because the abdominal closure would be included? Even though the pt has an open abdomen?

Please if someone could help me on these?

This one is also hard to figure out what was done without the OP note... you could try to post these in the general surgery section instead of the diagnosis section and maybe others will look there to help guide you.
