Our ER physician performed the procedure below in the ER. I couldn't find a CPT code that applied and was wondering if I should just code the E&M. I appreciate any help as I'm a bit of a newbie.

"Patient sustained an injury to the nail of the right great toe with subsequent subungual hematoma and lifting of the proximal portion of the nail out of the eponychium.
Procedure: Ring block was performed using 1% Xylocaine without epinephrine; a total of 6 mL was used. After acheiving adequate anesthesia, the area of the nail was prepped with Betadine and then the nail itself was placed back into the eponychium without any problem. The wound was dressed, buddy taped and the patient was given a fracture shoe"

Thanks! :)
