Procedure performed during Global period

Hi, I am newly start to doing coding for a podiatrist who performed a surgery with a 90 days global period, and patient return to office for post-op and had a wound dehiscence and a debridement of the wound and then a graft. Should I bill the post-op as 99024 or 99214 with modifier 24? Also report the procedure of debridement and graft? Should I append modifier 59 to these procedure codes?
