I was wondering if anyone else is having the following issue and if there is a solution.
I bill for Indiana Work Comp. We have recently had insurance companies paying us only 10% of the fee for various procedures because it's done by a non physician.
We have 7 clinics and only 3 physicians so we don't have a physician at each all of the time so incident to is out.
I would appreciate it if someone could please give me some direction on how to counter this, if that's possible. I don't have alot of appealing experience so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
