Procedure performed: Transurethral resection of prostatic cyst
D: Prostatic urethral cyst
The 24 French cystoscope was placed. Posterior urethra demonstrates two purulent appearing prostatic urethral cysts in the anterior portion of the prostate of the bladder neck.
Two slight passes of the resection loop allowed resection of the area. Hemostasis achieved with electrocautery
Any thoughts/ideas on how to bill for this ??
