Has anyone else had problems with medicare reimbursements for procrit for non-chemo patients?
Receiving denials stating this is not deemed medical necessity.
We are using the ICD-10 code for CKD and D64.9.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps your anemia code is incorrect. If this is anemia in chronic kidney disease the it is no unspecified anemia. There is a specific code for anemia in chronic kidney disease. You need to go look in the index under anemia. From there due to and then chronic kidney disease.
