Hello all,

I am fairly new to the GI world. I have attached the OP note for this procedure. I have come up with codes 10060, 45305-51

I do not feel completely confident with these. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree w/ 10060 but I would use 45300 because I didn't see anywhere that biopsies were taken during the procto, unless I missed something. Also, make sure you scrub your op notes before you post them on here :)
