I am the new supervisor of a billing dept for a Federal Qualified Health Center. That in itself is whole different ball of wax! What I would like to know from members is some stats on improving the quantity of encounters entered into the billing system using a coding software. ie. EncoderPro, Codeitright.com, CustomCoder etc. Currently all of the coding is done manually with coding books and the use of websites on the computer. I have had some coding demos that combine all of the tools in one screen - I feel it would improve productivity but I need stats. Looking forward to hearing from members - dj
