HAVE A QUESTION CONCERNING PRODUCTS OF CONCEPTION CODE, THIS WAS SPONTANEOUS. CODE 88305 .

GROSS DESCRIPTION OF FETUS,ESTIMATED GESTATIONAL AGE 12 TO 13 WEEKS. THE EXAM IS SO INVOLVED, EXAMINATION OF THORACIC AND ABDOMINAL CONTENTS, CRANIAL VAULT OPEN TO REVEAL AN AGE APPROPRIATE BRAIN.

SHOULD THERE BE ANOTHER CODE FOR THIS EXAM OF THE FETUS??:confused:
 
I do not know what other procedures were performed, but I do know that CPTs 88311-88365, 88399 are excluded.... Meaning you are allowed to use any of these if performed. Hope this is helpful! :)
