Please share experiences on your professional coding practice. I am interested in whether or not you have (1) physicians doing their own coding with certified coders or charge entry staff auditing on the back end or (2) if you exclusively have certified coders performing all professional coding for hospital and clinic encounters. Thank you in advance for sharing.
