We are just starting to provide radiology at our new clinic. We do the xrays on site, they go electronically to a facility that reads them, then they send the reports back. I think we should be billing Global for this service since the readers are subcontracted to our facility and we have applied for Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers for them and we will be billing for both components. Am I mistaken? Right now I'm being advised to bill each component seperately. Just seems odd. Roma Beam rbeam@cowcreek.com
