Profore Dressing

I have found 2 ways to code for Profore dressing - which one is correct? I've read that you can charge as an unna boot (29580) or to charge as 29799 as an unspecified casting/strapping. I fear of having issues with payment with the unspecified but the profore dressing is not the same as unna boot.
