For hospital progress note (subsequent care), attending physician documented "consult reviewed". Does it credit towards to MDM complexity of data to be reviewed?

For hospital progress note (subsequent care), attending physician documented "consult reviewed". Does it credit towards to MDM complexity of data to be reviewed?
It would only count towards the MDM if the provider documented what the review showed. It would be like 'EKG reviewed' with nothing added to document the findings. It is meaningless and contributes nothing to the complexity of data because effectively there is no data.
