Prolastin - i have been asked to bill

i have been asked to bill for Prolastin. My question is I was told by the supplier that I can bill for the total amount of the vials it some and more than others. example 1133 mg per vial and 1000 in some. Is any one else doing this the ndc number is for 1000 mg vial I dont want it to seem like I am billing more than the ndc indicates the amout .
