I have a patient who comes in for a physical. Due to their conditions, the doctor spends 30 or more minutes with the patient than he typically would with another patient. What is everyone else billing for prolonged preventative care services? This patient has a BCBS Labor Group plan which will NOT pay for a dual visit.
