Has anyone received payments from MEDICAID when billing these codes? Medicare has reimbursed us but all Medicaid payers and medicaid primary are all denying our claims. am i billing this incorrectly? POS is 32, we provide psych services at nursing facilities... HELP
Is there a different code we should be billing?
