Injections: Injection Consent Signed.
Prolotherapy: after explaining procedure and signing of consent forms - under aseptic technique - prolotherapy using a mixture of 2 cc of 1% lidocaine and 2 cc of D50 (dextrose) solution was administered into the . Procedure was well tolerated.
Are these billable for payment..if so will the CPT 20550-20551 be appropriate.
