Is anyone doing Propel sinus stents in the office post sinus surgery? Are you doing it in conjunction with a debridement? Are you billing 31237 and the appropriate HCPCS code S1091 (commercial) C2625(Medicare)? What insurance companies are covering it and what is the reimbursement like? I have a rep stating this is being done all over the country, but when I research medical policies I can't find anyone that deems it medically necessary and not investigational. I am located in Iowa.
