Proper coding for Dexa scan

When we have a patient that has bilat hip replacements our techs substitute the forearm/wrist image instead. The full scan then becomes Spine and forearm/wrist. What is correct coding for this situation?
77080 alone OR 77080 & 77081 59 mod.
Any help would be great! Thanks
