We are getting a bill with a “surgical” code 23350 with other codes for the injected dyes and fluoroscopic guidance. It seems the provider is billing the 23350 as the MRI but we need to determine if we might get a separate bill with an actual MRI code for processing or is the 23350 the code billed for the MRI? Thank you in advance
 
23350 is for the injection, and CPT advises that the imaging codes i.e 77002 would also be billed out. If you got the physician's bill, the fluoro will likely come from the radiology department of the hospital.
