Wiki Prostate biopsies

Need some help with coding multiple specimens on a prostate biopsy. I think the rule changed a few years ago but I am not really sure what it was changed to.

24 specimens of a prostate

Can you code 88305 x 24? Or does it need to be coded something different?

If the specimens came from a prostate saturation needle biopsy surgical procedure they must be bundled and billed under one of four HCPCS codes
G0416, G0417, G0418 or G0419 (Per CMS as of 01/01/09).
