Wiki prostate biopsy with Radiology Dept

When a urologist performs a prostate biopsy in the OR with the assistance of a PA from the Radiology Dept does the urologist only bill the biopsy code 55700? and the PA bills for the PC and TC of the US guidance and transrectal US 76942,76972? In the office we usually bill for 76942 and 76972 because we have our own US tech. Any help is appreciated!
 
According to recent changes in coding for this scenario, you should only bill one of the ulrasound codes, either 76872, TRUS or 76942, guidance. In the OR the radiology PA will bill for the ultrasond code performed if that is what he does.
