I am looking for some help in billing for a prostate biopsy in ASC. I am unsure of billing for the ultrasound codes 76942 and 76872. Does it get billed on the professional part or facility part? Does it need modifiers? So many questions and can't find answers...
 
Typically billed like this:

76942-26 supervision and interpretation of radiologic procedure
