One of our doctors is seeing a patient for BPH. He also says that he does a prostate cancer screening.

He has an EPF HPI & Exam, prescription drug management and is checking on the BPH and screening for the prostate cancer (V76.44)...does this justify a level 3 as far as the number of diagnoses/management options for MDM?
