We have received denials for G0102 (V76.44) when filed with G0438 as bundled services. I have looked all over the Medicare website and cannot find information to support this denial. In fact, I have found articles that say these can be used together. Can anyone help me find why we would be receiving these denials?
 
Is the individual an eligible beneficiary who is no longer within the 12 month period after the effective date of his/her Medicare Part B coverage period and has not received either an IPPE or AMW providing PPPS within the last 12months?
