Prostatectomy w lysis of adhesions

Hi. I need some guidance please.
"Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, laparoscopic lysis of adhesions."

He states about getting the robot ports set up. He says:
The patient did have significant abdominal adhesions along the right side of the abdomen. I had to take down these adhesions to be able to place the last robotic trocar as my fourth arm site. He required further dissection of the lysis of adhesions going down to the pelvis to be able to do the procedure. Once I got the robot and actually had to do additional lysis of adhesions. Total lyse of adhesions time added approximately one hour to the case which was a significant extension of the procedure time requirement.

I'm not sure how to code the lysis. I've never seen it done before. Would it bundle with the prostatectomy? Any help is appreciated.
