The prostate urethra was calcified due to radition therapy. The surgeon performed laser lithotripsy on the prostatic urethra calcifications. 52317 or 52214 possibly? Is 52317 only for the bladder? Thanks for any help!
 
I would say that the code description of 52214...cysto with fulguration including cryosurgery or laser surgery of trigone,bladder neck,prostatic fossa ,urethra or periurethral glands more closely fits your description
