I am coding this as L8699 and I for the most part I dont ever have any issues, except now GHP is dening my claim stating that their review nurse is saying that protack is a high cost suppy. I have talked to several nurses here at the center I work for and all are stating "no it is indeed a implant". Any help or documentation you may have to help me appeal this isue is appreciated you you have something you can fax to me please send to ATT:Stacy 636-931-4207. and Thank you very much in advance
