Are there any other FQHC's suddenly getting denials for 85610 QW from Medicare? If so, how are you handling this in your CHC?

Apparently the LCD states:

"Prothrombin Time (PT) performed prior to medical intervention when there are no signs or symptoms of bleeding or thrombotic abnormality or a personal history of bleeding, thrombosis conditions associated with coagulopathy."

Medicare is no longer paying for the tests.

there should be a charge for the initial Anticoagulation Management 99363. Please correct me if I am wrong.
