There are 2 clinicians at our office that have gotten their Ph.D.'s but are still not fully licensed. The computer program we use, Psych Advantage, allows us to only print (submit electroncially) one clincian name on a specific claim. I am correctly billing by only having the supervising clinician's name on the claim? Should I be putting both the provisional licensed clinician and the supervising clinician name on the claim?
