CPT 93923- Is evaluating fingers/toes before and after compression of the arteries considered a complete exam? ie: Digital photoplethysmography

From To report code 93923 for physiologic study of the bilateral LEs, the test, per the code description, must meet the following:
•Report an ankle-brachial index for each LE at the dorsalis pedis and posterior tibial arteries
•Perform physiologic testing on both legs, as bilateral is stated in the code descriptor
•Have either an assessment at 3 or more levels in the LE or an assessment at a single-level study in the LE with provocative functional maneuvers

There is a lot more information at this link: Cpt code 93923, 93922 & 93924 : ABI Coding tips
