Wiki Provocative Test with Dx Angio

1) Ok, I understand what the provocative test is but can it be billed in the same vessels as the dx angio? If so, what cpt code or area of codes is used for this.

2) If a superselective catheter is done off the external carotid vessel ( occipital artery) can we bill for the catheter as well as the S & I. If so, would this be 36217 and 75774??

Any help would be greatful.

Hmm.. I too have this same question about the occipital selective cath.

It seems like the provocative testing might be inclusive to the angios.
