whats the dx for cat surgery that has pseudo exfoliation of lens that is not glaucoma related? Im thinking H25.89 but the doc doesnt like that one. Was told to look under pseudo exfoliation lens syndrome but i cant find anything for that either.
 
The American Academy of Ophthalmology recommends the same code you mentioned, H25.89, for pseudoexfoliation of lens capsule. I found it on their website under Coding. The question and answer is dated 6/17/15. Maybe you could print it out and show it to your provider?
