Look at 99441 - 99443 and guidelines to see if it qualifies You may also want to check with the payer too for limitations. The one I work for we allow up to 2 per year for established patient for a psych diagnosis. These codes also have limit if there is a face to face involved with X number of days before and X number of days after.

The 99441-99443 codes cannot be scheduled appointments and must be initiated by the patient.
