Could a psychologist use an intern to evaluate new patients, review interns notes, and bill under his/her number?

PAs

Are PAs (Physician Assistants authorized to remove sutures without supervision from a surgeon?

I haven't done psych billing for a long time, but a psychologist is not an MD, and I don't think falls under the same incident-to rules, since their services are primarily time-based. You would probably have to check with your payors. Let us know....I'm curious. Pam Brooks, CPC
