Does anyone know if you can/should report psychotherapy codes (90832-90838) with depression screening codes (96127 or G0444)? My CCI editor says they may not be billed together, and to check to see if a modifier is allowed. Any information is greatly appreciated!
 
Hi,
When I ran these codes through the NCCI edit tool 90832-90838 cannot be billed with 96127, even with a modifier as they are bundled. However you can billing G0444 with 90832-90838 with an appropriate modifier.
