If it is less than 16 minutes, it is no billable. You would have to use your in-house code for a "no charge" visit.

If LCSW does phone call use the CPT 98966-98688 and add minutes on the record and discussion. The CPT 98966 is 5 to 10 minutes of phone call. In the office must have at least 16 minutes face to face. Video health CPT use Beh Health Eva Mgt with modifier 95 but do need 16 minutes on this scenario.
