I would like to know if the provider should indicate time on timed PT codes or just put the number of units
 
PT and OT Billing - Timed Codes

It is recommended that accurate documentation reflect the time / duration of the procedure in the notes so that it can be validated with number of units ... if the code permits multiple units on the same date of service or encounter.
