I have a pt who delivered at home then came to the hospital. Dr admitted her examed her then discharged her home the next day. Do I code admit and discharge or postpartum care?

Was the delivery normal? I would code for the admit and d/c. Was the pt followed with the antepartum visits? If so, then I would bill out the antepartum visits.
