Wiki pta/atherectomy & stent in iliac

Need help in coding this situation. The doctor did a pta/atherectomy and stent in the iliac artery. With the new codes, there is none for all 3 done in iliac. Do i bill the atherectomy with the 0238T code, and bill the pta and stent together? Or do I select one of them. Would appreciate any answer on this. Thanks Darlene
