My Doctor did a PTA w/ drug eluting balloon in the left subclavian during a carotid angiography. I am unsure how to bill this. From what I can see, 35475 is the only code I am able to locate that best describes the procedure. Please advise if this is correct or if there may be any better code/s for the procedure. thank you

I agree with reporting CPT 35475 for an angioplasty of the subclavian artery as the subclavian meets the definition of this code (angioplasty of the brachiocephalic trunk and/or branches). Don't forget to add your radiology S&I (75962.26) if performed by your physician.
