MD is treating lower ext stenosis w claudication.
After performing abd aortogram and stent placement in Left Fem-Pop and Left Common Iliac, he retracts the sheath and advances into aorta performing retrograde injection of right common femoral. Then 6 French is advanced to right common iliac and pull-back pressures are taken.

Is there a different code for the retrograde arteriogram? Or should I change my 75710 from the left side to a 75716? Is there a code to report the pull-back pressure measurements? I am lost on this one and I dont want to miss anything.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer!!!
 
There's no code for pull-back pressures, but if arteriograms were done in both legs, 75716 would be appropriate.
